?? That's only three days...
What's amusing about it?
LOL I guess the hunger. I want more... you promised us at least nine parts, better get to work... (Wait... is hunger funny? The eternal struggle: I keep getting this mental image of a multi perforated stomach trying to hold in food. Is that wrong?)
Enya Sparhawk wrote:Yeah, I'd read it again... Maybe. It left me wanting more. Why are you asking so many questions? (Wait... Is that a microphone? Are you recording this?)

Ah.... reference... Never heard of this man before...
Wikipedia says he died of a Gastrointestinal disease.
LOL Pretty ironic. (Was this why you chose to use his quote?)

LOL Pretty ironic. (Was this why you chose to use his quote?) The story isn't meant to be ironic, amusing, humorous, or anything of the sort... I'm not sure why everyone keeps saying it's "amusing" but if that's what they're getting out of this I might have to go back and revise the entire thing to give a more serious air. And no, I used a rendition of the quote because it was fitting for what is being led up to. Ah, Now a bit of context. Hmmm, you do realize that I was the only one who said it was 'amusing' (unless there were others who said as much in your real life; TrollCat merely stated 'Am Amused', I thought this was amusing as well). You shouldn't get so worked up over someone analysing the creation of your work. I actually liked the story. I believe I implied as such...
I don't necessarily agree with the context of the quote being used for the ending, mainly because the guy at the end of your story was probably 'high' looking to create the anarchy through the use of a well placed explosive to a dropship... Facilitating a revolution for his own end by exploiting a person's pain and suffering. To me it just seems like the man Balris is trying to hard to use your writer's words as a justification for his own selfish actions. The opposite of what Alfred Henry Lewis had intended when he imparted his wisdom. The character strikes me as being a villain in the guise of an anti-hero (Unless this was intentional?)
A tiny suggestion: if you are going to revise the entire thing for a more serious air, might I suggest first missing nine entire meals... It couldn't hurt to actually physically see for yourself what sort of sensations and emotions it takes for anarachy to freely reign over a person. Then put it down in writing.
